The Boss Chicks United Presents: Black Women in Leadership Annual Gala is an elegant event dedicated to honoring and celebrating Black women in leadership who are thriving, making a significant impact in their industries, and uplifting their communities.
This prestigious evening highlights outstanding honorees, engage in meaningful discussions on leadership and resilience, and feature live entertainment, networking opportunities, and vendor shopping. Through this gala, Boss Chicks United aims to empower, recognize, and inspire the next generation of Black women leaders while fostering a supportive and thriving community.
BCU Presents.."Who's Taking Care of You"
The Who’s Taking Care of You? event was designed to emphasize the importance of self-care, mental well-being, and emotional healing, especially for women in leadership roles. It focused on empowering women to prioritize themselves while balancing business, family, and other responsibilities.
Key Themes of the Event:
💆🏽♀️ Self-Care & Wellness – Encouraging women to take intentional breaks and nurture their mental, emotional, and physical health.
🛑 Overcoming Burnout – Recognizing the signs of exhaustion and learning strategies to restore balance.

🌟 Support & Sisterhood – Building a community of like-minded women who uplift and support one another.
